Neo-mythological Dramatic Inception is a 1-hour long multimedia electroacoustic show centered on Chinese mythology. The work encompasses interactive electroacoustic sound processing technology, electroacoustic tape music techniques, three newly designed musical instruments, unique improvisational musical settings, and unique theatrical elements such as dance, stage design, and lighting design. Through the creation of this work, I aim to develop a unique form of multimedia electroacoustic live performance, which interconnects disciplines such as science, engineering, and theatrical arts and invokes a more profound hemisphere in human consciousness and in the core of human perception through live musical performance.
